Shoulder and Neck Protection System
The Shoulder and Neck Protection System consists of a dedicated set of neck protection modules and a matched pair of shoulder protection panels, engineered to provide enhanced ballistic coverage while maintaining mobility and ergonomic comfort.
The system features a full-coverage, three-dimensional contoured design that conforms naturally to the operator’s upper torso and shoulder structure. The neck protection unit integrates seamlessly with the main body armor carrier, attaching securely at both the front and rear via heavy-duty hook-and-loop (Velcro) fastening. This ensures stable positioning during dynamic movement and operational use.
The shoulder protection panels are designed to interface directly with the neck protection shoulder pads through reinforced strap connections, creating a unified and stable protective assembly. 
This modular configuration allows for secure integration while preserving range of motion.
Each shoulder pad incorporates a three-dimensional cut and anatomical shaping to maximize coverage of vulnerable areas without restricting performance. Internally, the pads are lined with high-density pearl cotton padding to enhance wearer comfort, reduce pressure points, and improve load distribution during extended wear.
For ballistic customization, the interior of each shoulder pad features a hook-and-loop access opening, allowing operators to insert or replace ballistic cores as required. This design enables precise adaptation of the protective insert to match the contour and dimensions of the internal padding structure, ensuring optimal fit, stability, and protective performance.
